CORAL SANDS was founded by two successful football coaches, Paul and Dave Arslanian, who have spent a lifetime helping others develop attitudes and strategies for maximizing their abilities and achieving great success in their lives.

Dave says – “Not only have we assembled an outstanding Team of Youth Development Professionals, but over the years we have coached a lot of talented young men that understood how to play the game of football, but many of them lacked the basis core values that’s needed to be successful after football. They helped us win a lot of football games, but even more important, we helped them win in life. His only request was to build an adult program in the likeness of the “world class” teen/young adult program EAGLE RANCH ACADEMY they built 10 years ago… AND, that is what they have done!

A unique part of CORAL SANDS, if a client chooses, is the opportunity to “volunteer” at EAGLE RANCH ACADEMY, and use his or her own personal experiences to help a struggling teen. It is not required, but many find great satisfaction in contributing in this manner. Therapist for individuals, groups, and families, Kelly has done extensive research for implementing the best practices and improved treatment for those seeking help with substance abuse… she provides training at National Conferences to help other professionals learn about the best practices for substance abuse… and CORAL SANDS clients benefit from this expertise. Her passion for providing the very best treatment comes from having lost her son from a drinking and driving accident… and her personal commitment is to use her expertise to help save anyone else from having to feel the pain of losing a loved one. Kelly is a licensed substance abuse counselor and is considered by many as “One of the Best.”

Angelia has spent a lifetime working with people needing substance abuse and emotional growth assistance. In addition Angelia is certified in many fields including mental health and case management. She is certified in relapse prevention, has experience with drug court programs in an in and out patient setting. Angelia is a certified behavioral health rehabilitation specialist. She has a passion to help women with children recover from drug abuse, focusing on education and employment. Angelia has developed powerful “self help” Seminars and Workshops for professional athletes, performers, entertainers, and executives and professionals. Her Mother, Dr. L. Toby Earles, PhD believes in encouraging ordinary people to do extraordinary things; and as a CORAL SANDS Consultant will be available to provide workshops and seminars exclusive to CORAL SANDS.
